PENETRATE AND LUBRICANT
Non-flammable
blend of chemically stable, highly refined lubricating
oils and special additives that provide environmentally
safe superior performance even when harsh conditions
such as salt water or salt spray are present. Magical
thin film tenaciously adheres to all metal surfaces to
lubricate, penetrate, remove moisture and prevent rust
and corrosion. Non-evaporative formula guarantees
long-term performance. 769 LUBRICANT never hardens or
dries out, contains no silicones or fluorocarbons and
aerosol uses safe CO2 propellant. USDA H-2 Authorized
for use in Federally Inspected Meat and Poultry Plants.

MARINE-MOLY™ is a specially formulated
Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) marine
lubricating paste that provides a
low-friction shield by “plating" to
metal surfaces to reduce bearing
temperature, protect working parts,
prevent galling and heat freeze. Very
tenacious, it may be applied by brush or
spatula to hot surfaces without running
or dripping off. MARINE-MOLY is
extremely resistant to water, withstands
extreme weather elements and helps
prevent corrosion on metal exposed to
water, steam, salt spray, etc. MARINE-MOLY
has a 300,000 psi film strength.

LUBE™ PREMIUM ASSEMBLY LUBRICANT/PRESERVATIVE
PITLESS
ADAPTER LUBE is specifically formulated to aid in the
assembly and preservation of pitless adapters in
waterwell casing applications. It incorporates USDA H-1
food grade anti-seize technology with elastomer
preservation technology. JET-LUBE PITLESS ADAPTER LUBE
is formulated with a unique blend of mixed synthetics
and white oil thickened with a food grade aluminium
complex soap. The aluminium complex soap provides the
highest level of water resistance with thermal
stability. The blend of USDA H-1 fluids were carefully
balanced to provide a wide range of elastomer
compatibility and lubrication. The
antibacterial/antifungal additive further extends life
of the lubricant and reduces the potential for
contamination. The aerosol package of PITLESS ADAPTER
LUBE is designed to provide a handy means to apply the
lube in hard to reach angles. Product cleanliness and
integrity is maintained for applications where
contamination must be avoided. The spray pattern was
selected to lay down just the right amount of product in
a single spray pass.

RENEW™ was developed to
meet the demands of today’s industrial grade belt
dressing. RENEW eliminates problem belt slippage on all
round, flat, and “V” power transmission belts, auto fan
belts and all industrial and farm machinery belt drives.
RENEW’s dry, tacky film increases traction while
permitting decreased belt tension for longer belt life.
Can increase power up to 50%. RENEW is resistant to
water wash-off and performs effectively under wet
conditions. RENEW removes residual build-up and will not
glaze or collect dirt and dust. May be applied while
belts are in operation |

Contains
No Fluorocarbons, has an indoors or outdoor
formula. Rust Guard is a specialised water displacing
formula which dries to a uniform. thin waxy film to
effectively seal out moisture and corrosion. Rust Guard
provides long-term protection on all metals and alloy
surfaces, even under harsh environmental conditions such
as water, high humidity, or salt spray. Bilk formula
typically provides six months outdoor and 1 year indoor
protection against rust and corrosion. Rust
Guard's protective coating on raw materials, machined
parts, tools, pipe, fittings, valves, etc., while they
are being stored or in transit.

agent. Will not gum or form unwanted residues, leaves a
clear film that is moisture resistant, long-wearing,
odourless, colourless, non-toxic and non-staining. Will not
melt, freeze or become rancid.

™ CITRUS SOLVENT DEGREASER
CLEAN-UP PLUS is a specially
formulated, high performance blend of safe, organic solvents
designed to quickly dissolve and rinse away dirt, grease,
grime, oil, tar and wax while being both environmentally
safe and ozone friendly. It starts working immediately on
contact, breaking down and dissolving even the most stubborn
contaminants without the use of fluorinated, chlorinated or
SARA listed ingredients. CLEAN-UP PLUS slowly evaporates
while cleaning and leaves a residue-free surface. Safe on
all metals and most plastics. High 29KV dielectric strength
makes it an excellent choice for cleaning electrical and
related equipment. Safe, non-flammable CO2 propellant.
CLEAN-UP PLUS is USDA Authorized for use in Federally
Inspected Meat and Poultry Plants and is the ideal
replacement for 1.1.1 Trichloroethane-type products.

WRL™
WIRE ROPE & CHAIN LUBRICANT
Wire ropes contain numerous
moving parts that require lubrication. Each time the rope
bends or flexes, the internal strands rub together. WRL™
coats these strands to prevent friction and wear. This
results in longer life, less downtime for rope changes and
more production. WRL quickly penetrates to the cores. This
ensures that the rope is lubricated throughout while
providing a nondrying, nontacky film on the outside of the
rope that protects outer strands from corrosion, as well as
lubricating the wire rope drums and sheaves. WRL is easily
pumpable at temperatures down to -25°F (-32°C). Its
nondrying film remains flexible in most extreme weather
conditions, which eliminates flaking and peeling. |

HIGH TEMPERATURE ANTI-SEIZE
KOPR-KOTE® Aerosol is a
low-friction, anti-seize lubricant manufactured from a
combination of micro-size copper flakes and graphite
dispersed in a water-resistant grease and fortified with
antioxidants, plus rust and corrosion inhibitors. KOPR-KOTE
Aerosol offers quick recovery of performance through the
rapid evaporation of propellant and solvent. KOPR-KOTE
provides a shield against metal-to-metal contact, preventing
seizure and corrosion. It fills irregularities and
imperfections and resists welding, hardening, or setting.
KOPR-KOTE provides low friction and cushions impact and
shock loads. Low shear between particles reduces stick-slip,
allowing quick disassembly with minimum wrench torque. It
will not squeeze out of the threads, gum up or wash off. |

Jet-Lube (UK) Limited makes
the Limited Express Warranty that at the date of delivery, these
products shall be free from defects in Jet-Lube (UK) Limited
materials and Workmanship. This limited Express Warranty is
expressly in lieu of any other express or implied warranties,
including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness
for a particular purpose, and of any other obligation on the
part of Jet-Lube (UK) Limited. The sole remedy for breach of
the Limited Express Warranty shall be the refund of the purchase
price. All other liability is negated and disclaimed, and Jet-Lube
(UK) Limited shall not be liable for incidental or consequential
damages. |
