MARINE KOPR™ COPPER ANTI-SEIZE

MARINE-KOPR™ is manufactured to exacting marine specifications and contains micro-sized copper flake and graphite in a highly water resistant aluminium complex base grease. MARINE-KOPR is fortified with anti-oxidants and corrosion inhibitors to ensure extra protection in extreme marine conditions. MARINE-KOPR is recommended on all marine threaded and flanged connections to prevent galling, seizure and heat welding, and to reduce torque requirements. Prevents rust and corrosion over broad temperature ranges.

MARINE-MP MULTI-PURPOSE GREASE HEAVY DUTY

MARINE-MP is a mixed soap (calcium-lithium) grease that is ideal for a multitude of "on-board" applications where both economy and performance are important. This smooth buttery grease has a wide operating temperature range, providing “single grease” use for a variety of applications. MARINE-MP is water resistant, highly tenacious, and has excellent resistance to the effects of salt spray, heat, water, oxidation, and other adverse conditions common to marine usage. As a result, this product will lower maintenance costs and simplify inventory while providing excellent performance.

MARINE-MOLY ™ MOLYBDENUM DISULPHIDE PASTE

MARINE-MOLY™ is a specially formulated Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) marine lubricating paste that provides a low-friction shield by “plating" to metal surfaces to reduce bearing temperature, protect working parts, prevent galling and heat freeze. Very tenacious, it may be applied by brush or spatula to hot surfaces without running or dripping off. MARINE-MOLY is extremely resistant to water, withstands extreme weather elements and helps prevent corrosion on metal exposed to water, steam, salt spray, etc. MARINE-MOLY has a 300,000 psi film strength. NLGI Grade 1.

MARINE WRL ™ WIRE ROPE AND CHAIN LUBRICANT

MARINE WRL is a wire rope / chain oil that is specially formulated to permeate or penetrate to the core, ensuring lubrication throughout while providing a non-drying, non-tacky film on the outside of the rope to protect from dust and corrosion, as well as lubricating drums and sheaves, so producing longer rope an chain life and reducing down time. Easily pumpable at temperatures as low as -32˚C. MARINE WRL remains flexible in extreme weather conditions, eliminating flaking and peeling, dirt pickup and lubrication sling-off. It can be used to lubricate all sizes of rope, chains, leaf springs etc.

JET-LUBE ® SHEEN-FREE™ SHEEN-FREE WIRE ROPE PRESERVATIVE/LUBRICANT

The SHEEN FREE™ protective film is a non hazardous, biodegradable, non-sheening preservative and lubricant which is ideal for the marine industry. The protective film cures to a soft flexible tack free coating which resists the build up of dust and dirt which causes wear within the wire rope core. Is also ideal for standing rigging where a water resistant coating is necessary and performance is essential. Also recommended for the bright or black wire, stainless or galvanised cables and is ideal for long term mooring applications.
