BULLSEYE® THREAD COMPOUND (NON-HYDROCARBON)

A high-purity thread compound designed for sensitive water well and other environmental drilling applications requiring the use of a petroleum hydrocarbon-free product. BULLSEYE is formulated from a synergistic blend of vegetable oil and non-metallic, inorganic, EP, and anti-wear additives. BULLSEYE provides maximum protection against galling, seizing, and damage to threads while maintaining water well integrity. For monitor wells and more sensitive or difficult conditions, use JET-LUBE WELL-GUARD®.

                                                    J-75 BRUSHABLE DRILL STEEL LUBRICANTS

J-89™ PUMPABLE DRILL STEEL LUBRICANT

J-75® (Brushable) & J-89™ (Pumpable) Drill Steel Lubricants are environmentally preferred, lead-free compounds specifically designed for percussion drilling. Both formulations are highly fortified to provide excellent resistance to shock, galling and seizing. Their anti-friction properties are unsurpassed while providing easy thread assembly and disassembly. Under makeup pressure, both J-75 and J-89 literally “plate"ť and form a tenacious armoured coating that eliminates metal-to-metal contact while penetrating voids, surface imperfections, and score marks to increase thread life on steel bits, joints, and couplings. Colour - Black.

KOPR KOTE ™ WATER WELL JOINT COMPOUND

KOPR-KOTE® is a premium-quality, unleaded compound containing copper flake, graphite, and other natural extreme pressure and anti-wear additives. KOPR-KOTE's solids package is formulated to prevent excessive circumferential makeup by increasing the coefficient of friction under compressive forces. As stress levels rise above 50% of yield, the friction factor increases, limiting downhole makeup. Full hydraulic joint efficiency is maintained allowing joint shoulder faces to mate completely without standoff or deformation. For invert or high-pH muds, use Jet-Lube EXTREME™. For wedge-type thread connections, use NCS-30™ ECF for best thread-wear protection.   

               NCS30™ ECF MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE BIODEGRADABLE METAL-FREE NON-CONDUCTIVE DRILL COLLAR    AND TOOL JOINT COMPOUND FOR ALL DRILLING CONDITIONS.

NCS-30® ECF™ is a premium quality, non-metallic compound containing chemically inert fibers and EXTREME PRESSURE and ANTI-WEAR additives. These are blended into Jet-Lube's biodegradable base grease, which gives a wide temperature range, superior adhesion to wet steel surfaces, resistance to water wash off and the ability to withstand invert and high-pH muds. From an environmental standpoint, NCS-30 ECF is biodegradable, bioaccumulation potential-free and non-toxic to all kinds of life forms tested. This compound has the distinction of being the first compound to achieve a “Yellow" HOCNF rating in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea making it permissible in sensitive drilling areas such as the Barents Sea. It also has the distinction of being the first drilling compound to achieve a substitution warning-free HOCNF rating as well as an “E" classification in the UK & Netherlands, simplifying the completion of PON15B applications. 

                                                                                    RD-N™ SYNTHETIC ROCK DRILL OIL

RD-N™ is a high performance Synthetic Rock Drill Oil specifically formulated for use in monitor well and environmentally sensitive applications where a petroleum hydrocarbon- free product is necessary. RD-N provides state-of-the-art lubrication for all makes of pneumatic percussion tools operating under severe conditions. RD-N possesses excellent oxidation stability while remaining fluid at temperatures well below 0°F. The load carrying capacities of RD-N surpass that found in top petroleum-derived oils. High film strength and superior lubrication properties prevent failure or premature wear on hammer bits.

WELL-GUARD® MONITOR WELL DRILLING THREAD COMPOUND

WELL-GUARD® is a high-performance thread compound specifically designed for critical monitor well and other environmentally sensitive drilling applications requiring the use of a petroleum hydrocarbon-free product. WELL-GUARD is formulated from a synergistic blend of synthetic fluids and nonmetallic, inorganic, EP and anti-wear additives. WELL-GUARD provides maximum protection against galling, seizing, and damage to threads while maintaining monitor well integrity. WELL-GUARD is an all-weather product and is completely brushable from -10°F (-23°C) to 200°F (93°C) while retaining its buttery texture at temperatures exceeding 400°F (204°C).  

Z50™ TOOL JOINT COMPOUND

Z-40™, Z-50™, and Z-60™ Tool Joint Compounds all contain prime grade zinc and are respectively formulated with 40%, 50%, and 60% metallic zinc, meeting the metallic zinc requirements described in API Bulletin 5A2. All contain special additives to reduce the plating and build up of metallic zinc encountered with other zinc compounds. Z-40, Z-50, and Z-60 are manufactured with JET-LUBE’s unique grease compounded from custom refined, low sulphur oil. The grease base ensures brushability over a wide temperature range, tenacious adherence to all surfaces, resistance to water wash out, and the prevention of rust/corrosion. The metallic zinc particles and other additives are maintained in uniform suspension throughout the compounds, and Z-40, Z-50, and Z-60 displace moisture and adhere well to wet tool joint surfaces. NLGI Grade 1-1/2 to 2.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY
Jet-Lube (UK) Limited makes the Limited Express Warranty that at the date of delivery, these products shall be free from defects in Jet-Lube (UK) Limited materials and Workmanship. This limited Express Warranty is expressly in lieu of any other express or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, and of any other obligation on the part of Jet-Lube (UK) Limited. The sole remedy for breach of the Limited Express Warranty shall be the refund of the purchase price. All other liability is negated and disclaimed, and Jet-Lube (UK) Limited shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
