JET-LUBE 5000 FULL STRENGTH CLEANER

OVEN CHAIN LUBRICANT

OVEN CHAIN LUBRICANT evolved with the cooperative efforts of end users into a premium, effective, high viscosity lubricant that penetrates into the chain to provide optimum performance at elevated temperatures. Synthetic fluid technolgy was carefully balanced with USDA H-1 (incidental food contact) restrictions to produce a product that is not only clean and safe, but effectively lubricates the chain components. Fluid lubricants rapidly lose viscosity with temperature. The viscosity loss results in a comparable loss in fluid film lubrication and increase in wear. To offset wear, many lubricants utilize organic EP anti-wear additives that include sulfur, phosphorous and nitrogen. These degrade at temperatures as low as 250°F (121°C). The degraded additives form corrosive gases that can damage equipment. In addition, these by-products are noxious and if not properly vented, can be harmful to operating personnel.

SILICONE COMPOUND DM MOISTURE PROOFING SEALANT AND LUBRICANT

 SILICONE COMPOUND DM™ is a premium silicone compound for use in a wide variety of applications. Its low volatility, nonmelting thickener and high dielectric strength make it the compound of choice for moisture proofing ignition systems, spark plug connections, electrical assemblies, cable and battery terminals and other similar applications. SILICONE COMPOUND DM provides excellent lubrication and sealing properties for plug and gate valves, stuffing boxes, o-rings, and vacuum and pressure systems. The low volatility and inert properties allow it to be used on a wide range of elastomers and plastics. Ideally suited for subzero processing facilities and spiral freezer applications. It is not recommended for use on surfaces to be painted. NLGI Grade 3 standard (other grades are available).

PS TERMINAL™ FREON FREE ELECTRICAL CONTACT CLEANER

PS TERMINAL™ is an NSF-registered K-2 electrical contact cleaner formulated with a blend of HCFC and HFC solvents and propellants to safely and quickly clean electrical and electronic components and equipment, while providing reduced damage to the environment and ozone layer as compared to CFC’s and other HCFC-based products. PS TERMINAL will penetrate and remove dirt, grease and organic contaminants and then evaporate leaving a residue-free surface. The blend of HCFC‘s and HFC’s provides a Kauri-Butanol (KB) value low enough to be safe in nearly every electrical and circuit board application while still providing excellent cleaning and oxidation removal properties.

V-2 PLUS ® MULTI-PURPOSE THREAD SEALANT

Enhanced soft-setting universal thread sealant, that is approved for use on taper threaded connections in potable water and GAS SAFE registered installations. Soft setting nature enhances pressure rating, whilst permitting subsequent adjustments and re-builds. WRAS approved for hot & cold potable water applications. Suitable for gas installations work as defined by BESN 751-2:1997

WHITE KNIGHT FOOD GRADE ANTI-SEIZE COMPOUND

WHITE KNIGHT™ is a premium quality anti-seize compound developed specifically for use in applications where incidental food contact is possible. This aluminum complex based anti-seize is composed entirely of ingredients that meet NSF/FDA requirements and protects metal parts from seizure, galling, rust, corrosion and heat freeze by tenaciously adhering to the metal surface. WHITE KNIGHT provides a degree of safety and protection unsurpassed by any other product. NLGI Grade 1-1/2.

WHITE LITHIUM GREASE WITH PTFE

WHITE LITHIUM GREASE is a premium, all-purpose grease that provides superior performance and protection for metal and moving parts under any use. WHITE LITHIUM GREASE penetrates and forms a long-lasting protective film to withstand heavy loads and high speeds, prevents rust and corrosion, eliminates squeaks and squeals and will not run or wash away. WHITE LITHIUM GREASE is excellent for all metal-to-metal lubrication and is the preferred lubricant for use in the plant, shop, home, auto and boat. NLGI Grade 2.
 

769 LUBRICANT PENETRATE AND LUBRICANT (also in bulk)

Nonflammable blend of chemically stable, highly refined lubricating oils and special additives that provide environmentally safe superior performance even when harsh conditions such as salt water or salt spray are present. Magical thin film tenaciously adheres to all metal surfaces to lubricate, penetrate, remove moisture and prevent rust and corrosion. Non-evaporative formula guarantees long-term performance. 769 LUBRICANT never hardens or dries out, contains no silicones or fluorocarbons and aerosol uses safe CO2 propellant. USDA H-2 Authorized for use in Federally Inspected Meat and Poultry Plants. 35KV dielectric strength.
