EZY-TURN Ž #2 GENERAL PURPOSE
GATE VALVE SEALANT
EZY-TURNŽ #2 is
the general purpose gate valve sealant for use where
hydrocarbon resistance is important. This clear, amber
lubricant is formulated from a blend of synthetic oils that
are both chemically stable and naturally corrosion
resistant. In addition EZY-TURN #2 contains an additive to
reduce or inhibit the harmful affects of H2S and an
inhibitor to protect against rust. EZY-TURN #2 contains no
solid fillers and is easily pumped with a high pressure
lubricator at temperatures as low as 0°F (-18°C). EZY-TURN
#2 will seal against leakage and protect precision gate
valves from scoring, galling and corrosion. Extremely
resistant to water, EZY-TURN #2 is the product of choice for
general industrial and oilfield use.

Ž #3 ARCTIC
EZY-TURNŽ #3 ARCTIC is
specifically designed for use where light hydrocarbon
liquids and gases are present, making it the sealant of
choice for pipeline and compressor station usage. Easily
pumpable to temperatures as low as -70°F (-57°C). Our
proprietary blend of oils and solid lubricants, means
EZY-TURN #3 ARCTIC lubricates and is resistant to all
aliphatic hydrocarbons. Lowers torque necessary for
smooth valve operation and protects internal plug
surfaces from scoring and galling.

EZY-TURN #4 GATE VALVE SEALANT
EZY-TURNŽ #4
is formulated from food- grade polyester base fluids that
provide increased resistance to aliphatic hydrocarbons. When
compared with the standard vegetable products, EZY-TURN #4
has superior performance characteristics in both low and
high-temperature applications. Lubrication and sealing is
enhanced by the addition of molybdenum disulfide, which
effectively burnishes into scratches, renewing the surface.
EZY-TURN #4 is ideal for applications requiring maximum
hydrocarbon resistance and is pumpable with a high-pressure
lubricator. EZY-TURN #4 remains pumpable at -40°F (-40°C)
while retaining its firm consistency at 500°F (260°C) inside
a valve where oxygen contact is avoided. Excellent
resistance to water and aqueous solutions, but not
recommended for steam or highly alkaline service. Contains
H2S inhibitors for longer serviceability in sour gas
service.

EZY-TURN ® #5 GENERAL PURPOSE
PLUG VALVE SEALANT
EZY-TURNŽ #5 is formulated
from non-toxic, high-viscosity vegetable oils, and
polymers to assure heavy-duty sealing and lubrication in
a wide range of general-purpose applications where
resistance to aliphatic hydrocarbons or aqueous
solutions is required. Contains a food-grade thickener
with no other solid lubricant fillers. EZY-TURN #5 is
the recommended plug valve sealant to use for maximum
sealing power and lowered valve torque requirements. It
is pumpable using a high-pressure lubricator and works
well for a majority of valve maintenance applications.

EZY-TURN ® #6 PLUG VALVE
SEALANT
EZY-TURNŽ
#6 is a highly adhesive product formulated from premium
food-grade synthetic fluids for maximum hydrocarbon
resistance over a broad temperature range. Pumpable and
usable at temperatures as low as -30°F (-35°C). It also
retains its firm consistency at temperatures as high as 500°F (260°C) when injected into the valve.

EZY-TURN ® #7 BALL VALVE
SEALANT
EZY-TURNŽ #7
is formulated from premium food grade synthetic fluids
for maximum hydrocarbon resistance over a broad
temperature range. Pumpable and usable at temperatures
as low as -30°F (-35°C). It also retains its firm
consistency at temperatures as high as 400°F (204°C)
when injected into the valve and oxygen contact is
avoided. Fortified with inhibitors against H2S, rust and
oxidation.

EZY-TURN™ #8 PLUG VALVE
SEALANT WITH GROUND PTFE
EZY-TURNŽ #8
is a vegetable oil based product containing a high
percentage of ground PTFE. It is excellent for use in
ball and plug valves that are worn or scored and have a
tendency to leak. It is hydrocarbon and water resistant
and can be injected through standard giant buttonhead
fittings with a high-pressure lubricator. EZY-TURN #8
contains a blend of PTFE particle sizes designed to
provide maximum sealing power. It is suitable for use as
an injectable stem packing and as a thread sealant.

SEAT SEALANT AND BODY FILLER LUBRICANT
EZY-TURNŽ
#12 is a peanut butter- type product designed for use
with expanding gate type valves incorporating body
cavities and contains inhibitors to protect against the
corrosive affects of H2S and rust generating chemicals.
Recommended for use in applications where a hydrocarbon
resistant sealant is required. EZY-TURN #12 is
formulated from a blend of vegetable oils and polymer to
ensure reduced torque requirements for valve operation
while providing a leakproof seal. Can be used in direct
contact with both gaseous and liquid hydrocarbons. EZY-TURN
#12 is designed to be injected into the valve body using
a high-pressure lubricator. Ideal general-purpose
sealant.

SEAT SEALANT & BODY FILLER LUBRICANT
EZY-TURNŽ
#22 is a premium sealant formulated from a unique blend
of synthetic and vegetable based oils for use in
expanding gate type valves. The ideal sealant for
service applications involving gases, distillates,
dilute acids, and steam. EZY-TURN #22 contains no solid
fillers that could disrupt the sealing film. Although
designed for expanding gate-type valves, EZY-TURN #22 is
used effectively on many other valve types.

BODY FILL GATE VALVE SEALANT
EZY-TURNŽ BODY
FILL is a petroleum oil-based sealant suitable for
displacing water and foreign material in gate valve body
cavities. EZY-TURN BODY FILL should be used in
applications where economy is required and hydrocarbon
resistance is not a major concern. Even though EZY-TURN
BODY FILL is petroleum based, field service has shown it
has excellent ability to remain in the body cavity. Has
good metal adhesion and readily flows into hard-to-fill
orifices and channels when pumped with a high-pressure
lubricator.

EZY-TURN H2S GATE VALVE SEALANT
A blend of synthetic and vegetable oils thickened with
silica to provide maximum resistance to the effects of H2S
in hydrocarbon duties. Contains graphite to fill scored
areas and prevent binding. Use on sour gas and crude,
water, diluted acids, diesel fuel and other
hydrocarbons.

EZY-TURN ® POLAR GATE VALVE
SEALANT FOR ARCTIC CONDITIONS
EZY-TURNŽ POLAR is a
grey/black lubricant designed for oilfield use under
arctic conditions. EZY-TURN POLAR is not affected by
hydrogen sulphide encountered in sour crude and gas. It
is also resistant to carbon dioxide. Pumpable with a
high pressure lubricator to -75°F (-59°C). EZY-TURN
POLAR is resistant to hydrocarbons at low temperatures
and will not absorb or mix with water, preventing
freeze-up at low temperatures. Contains 100% synthetic
base oils that are chemically resistant to severe acid
conditions. Graphite is incorporated as a solid boundary
lubricant to prevent galling of valve gates and seats.
Normal valve operation requires less torque than with
other products.

EZY-TURNŽ PVS PLUG VALVE SUPREME
SEALANT
EZY-TURNŽ
PVS is formulated from non-toxic, high-viscosity vegetable
oils and polymers to assure heavy-duty sealing and
lubrication in a wide range of ball, gate, and plug valves
as well as orifice fittings where resistance to aliphatic
hydrocarbons or aqueous solutions is required. Contains a
food-grade thickener with micronised PTFE for improved
sealing and reduction in actuation torque. EZY-TURN PVS is
the recommended plug valve sealant for maximum sealing power
and lowered valve torque requirements. It works well for a
majority of valve maintenance applications, is pumpable
using a high-pressure lubricator, and is insoluble in oil,
natural gas, and water.

EZY-PAK™ #115 PACKING FOR
USE IN EXPANDING TYPE GATE VALVES
EZY-PAK #115, our most
popular packing compound, is designed specifically for
use in expanding gate type valve stem glands. Formulated
from synthetic fluid and fibres plus inert fillers and a
high percentage of ground PTFE particles for performance
over a wide temperature range. EZY-PAK #115 is ideal for
preventing leaks while lowering the torque required to
operate the valve. EZY-PAK #115 can be pumped using a
high pressure lubricator, or may be formed by hand into
any void requiring a packing compound. Excellent for use
with hydrocarbons, aqueous solutions, brine, dilute
acids, dilute alkalis, water, and steam.

EZY-PAK™ #120 GENERAL PURPOSE PACKING
EZY-PAK
#120 is recommended for hydrocarbon and aqueous
services. It is an injectable packing material that can
be pumped into internal voids in valves and other
equipment with a high pressure lubricator. Under
pressure, EZY-PAK #120 will conform to the shape of any
void and form a gasket or seal. EZY-PAK #120 is
formulated with hydrocarbon resistant vegetable oils,
polymers, inert fillers and high temperature fibres
blended to produce a dough-like packing compound. It is
best pumped though an injection valve with a 1/8" or
larger bore, but can also be pumped (with more effort)
through giant buttonhead fittings.

EZY-PAK #125 ARCTIC GRADE PACKING
COMPOUND
EZY-PAK #125 is
specifically designed for use in severe arctic
conditions. Formulated from synthetic binders, polymers,
inert fillers and fibres, EZY-PAK #125 will conform to
any shape, preventing leaks and/or foreign materials
from entering the valve cavity. Excellent water
resistance allows use for steam applications. EZY-PAK
#125 provides a flexible packing for applications such
as oilfield valve and wellhead used in arctic
conditions. Due to the synthetic base, EZY-PAK #125 is
particularly effective in hot water, brine, and aqueous
solutions or steam services to 550°F (288°C)

Non-melting low volatility premium silicone compound with excellent
water-proofing ability, making it the ideal sealant and lubricant for
