EZY-TURN® #3 ARCTIC is
specifically designed for use where light hydrocarbon
liquids and gases are present, making it the sealant of
choice for pipeline and compressor station usage. Easily
pumpable to temperatures as low as -70°F (-57°C). Our
proprietary blend of oils and solid lubricants, means
EZY-TURN #3 ARCTIC lubricates and is resistant to all
aliphatic hydrocarbons. Lowers torque necessary for
smooth valve operation and protects internal plug
surfaces from scoring and galling. |

Polyester based synthetic sealant / lubricant with solid lubricant.
Polyester base gives better aliphatic hydrocarbon resistance and wider
temperature range. |
| EZY-TURN ® #5 GENERAL PURPOSE
PLUG VALVE SEALANT
High viscosity vegetable oil based plug valve sealant
and lubricant formulated to suit the broadest spectrum
of hydrocarbon and aqueous media. Contains a high
stability thickener to give consistent in-valve
performance and no solids that could impede lubrication
in close-fittings areas. Use for aliphatic hydrocarbons,
crude oils, natural gas, fuel oils, gasoline, dilute
acids / alkalis and water. |

EZY-TURN ® #6 PLUG VALVE
SEALANT
Fully synthetic value sealant that gives the best
possible hydrocarbon resistance, pumpability, and
firmness over a wider range of temperatures than what is
achievable with a vegetable oil based product. Use a
aliphatic hydrocarbon, aqueous solution, crude oil,
diesel, diluted acids / alkalis, natural gas, LPG and
water. |

| EZY-TURN ® #7 BALL VALVE
SEALANT Formulated for food grade
synthetic fluids for maximum hydrocarbon resistance over
a broad temperature range. Pumpable and usable at low
temperatures, it also retains it's firm consistency at
very high temperatures when injected into the valve and
oxygen contact is avoided. Use for aliphatic
hydrocarbons, aqueous solutions, crude oil, diesel,
diluted acids / bases and natural gas. |

| EZY-TURN™ #8 PLUG VALVE
SEALANT WITH GROUND PTFE
Vegetable oil based valve sealant
with high concentration of PTFE particles for use in
leaky, worn, damaged and high clearance valves where
leakage paths need to be sealed off. EZY-Turn #8 has
good hydrocarbon and water resistance, is readily
pumpable and can be used as a stem packing or thread
sealant. Use aliphatic hydrocarbon, aqueous
solution, oil, kerosene, diluted acids / alkalis,
natural gas, and water. |

 EZY-TURN™ #12 GATE VALVE
SEAT SEALANT AND BODY FILLER LUBRICANT
Hydrocarbon resistant 'peanut butter' type sealant and
lubricant formulated for most types of gate valve, but
particularly the expanding gate type with body cavity.
Vegetable and polymer base makes it a good lubricant and
effective sealant in contact with most medias. Use on
aqueous solutions, diluted acids and alkalis, petroleum
gases and liquids, water and brine. |

SEAT SEALANT & BODY FILLER LUBRICANT
Synthetic / vegetable based lubricant and sealant
for expanding gate and most other gate valve designs as
well. Extended low temperature range and contains no
solid fillers, making #22 a superior lubricant of close
fitting parts and easy to pump. Use on aqueous
solutions, diluted acids and alkalis, petroleum gases,
and water and brine. |

BODY FILL GATE VALVE SEALANT Petroleum based valve lubricant / sealant / body
filler that is effective at driving out water and
foreign bodies from valve body cavities. EZY-TURN Body
Fill is not washed out quickly extending service life.
Petroleum based formulation keeps costs down and makes
it suitable for non-hydrocarbon or low hydrocarbon
applications. Good for close tolerance valves. |

A blend of synthetic and vegetable oils thickened with
silica to provide maximum resistance to the effects of H2S
in hydrocarbon duties. Contains graphite to fill scored
areas and prevent binding. Use on sour gas and crude,
water, diluted acids, diesel fuel and other
hydrocarbons. |

| EZY-TURN ® POLAR GATE VALVE
SEALANT FOR ARCTIC CONDITIONS
A mineral oil based sealant designed for oilfield use
under arctic conditions, and is not affected by H2S
encountered in crude and gas conditions. Pumpable with a
high pressure lubricator. Use for carbon dioxide, sour
crude, hydrogen sulphide and sour gas. |

EZY-TURN® PVS PLUG VALVE SUPREME
SEALANT
PVS (Plug Valve Supreme) is a high viscosity
vegetable oil based valve sealant with additional polymers
and micro-fine PTFE particles for maximum sealing power and
minimum actuation torque. PVS has good hydrocarbon and water
resistance, is readily pumpable and is formulated as a
universal primary sealant for refineries, not just for plug
and ball valves but also for gate valves and orifice
fittings. Use aliphatic hydrocarbon, aqueous solution, crude
oil, kerosene, diluted acids / alkalis, natural gas, and
water.

| EZY-PAK™ #115 PACKING FOR
USE IN EXPANDING TYPE GATE VALVES
Formulated from synthetic fluids and inert fillers and a
high percentage of ground PTFE particles for performance
over a wide temperatures range. EZY-PAK #115 packing
compound is designed specifically for use in expanding
type gate valve stem glands and is ideal for preventing
leaks while lowering torque required to operate the
valve. Ideal for use in any industrial or marine
applications requiring a leak-free seal in an expanding
type gate valve. |

| EZY-PAK™ #120 GENERAL PURPOSE PACKING Made with hydrocarbon resistant vegetable oil, polymers,
inert fillers and high temperature fibres blended to
produce a dough-like, general purpose packing compound.
Hydrocarbon and water resistant, EZY-PAK #120 is
recommended for use in any oilfield, industrial or
marine applications in which an injectable packing is
desired to fill an internal void. |

Providing a flexible packing under temperatures as low

water resistance allows for use in steam applications. |

PROOFING SEALANT AND LUBRICANT
Non-melting low volatility premium silicone compound with excellent
water-proofing ability, making it the ideal sealant and lubricant for
