Type ll Grade M
A thixotropic anaerobic thread locker of low strength
designed for easy disassembly of treated components. The
product’s anaerobic nature allows it to cure only when
confined between metal parts. Low removal torque allows
easy disassembly yet provides maximum vibration and

| TL-42 Removable Nut Lock Type
ll Grade N
Medium-Strength Threadlocker is the most widely used
general-purpose, removable, medium-strength product. It
will hold all metric and imperial or conventional sized
nuts and bolts, meeting the requirements of over 80% of
fastening applications. TL-42 does not run off or drip
and does not migrate after assembly. Once applied, parts
slip together easily, lubricated by the adhesive. Sizes:

TL-71 Permanent Stud Lock Type l
Permanent Threadlocker /Sealant is a permanent,
red-coloured, general-purpose adhesive for permanent
threaded assemblies. TL-71 locks bolts and studs
up to 1” in diameter, sealing against leakage and
corrosion. It is chemically resistant to
fuels, lubricants, and most industrial liquids
and gases.

TL-72 High Temperature Stud
Lock Type ll
High-Temp Permanent Threadlocker/Sealant is a permanent,
red-coloured, high-strength, single-component anaerobic
threadlocker. TL-72 is used to join threaded parts
exposed to operating temperatures up to 450°F (232°C).
TL-72 offers excellent performance at temperatures more
than 250°F (121°C) higher than other thread locking

TL-77 Permanent Threadlocker
Type l Grade M
A general-purpose adhesive for larger diameter or
coarser permanent threaded assemblies. TL-77 locks 1”
and larger diameters, sealing against leakage and
corrosion. It is chemical resistant, resisting fuels,
lubricants, and most industrial liquids and gases.

RT-80 Retaining Compound Type
l Retaining
Compound is a single-component, very high-viscosity,
high-strength anaerobic resin used for bonding rigid
assemblies of all types. It also can be used effectively
to increase the strength of most mechanical assemblies.
RT-80 locks keys and splines. Eliminates backlash in
worn assemblies. Locks bearings in place, preventing
spin out. Bonds rotors to shafts in fractional and
sub-fractional horsepower motors. Locks bushings and
sleeves in housings and on shafts. Augments press fits.
Restores the fit to worn assemblies or out of tolerance
parts. This high-viscosity product is not recommended
for extremely close or interference fits. Size: 50 ml

PS-67 Pipe Sealant with PTFE
A general-purpose adhesive for larger diameter or
coarser permanent threaded assemblies. TL-77 locks 1”
and larger diameters, sealing against leakage and
corrosion. It is chemical resistant, resisting fuels,
lubricants, and most industrial liquids and gases.
Sizes: 50 ml, 250 ml and is ideal for Stainless Steel
and aluminium.

HP-45 Hydraulic & Pneumatic
High-Pressure Sealant
A fast curing, high strength
anaerobic sealant that seals hydraulic and pneumatic
fittings up to 2” in diameter, resisting high pressures
and vibration loosening. This product has excellent
solvent resistance and withstands temperatures to 300°F
(148°C). Typical applications are hydraulic and
pneumatic fittings, servo-mechanisms, and
fine-filtration systems. Size: 50 ml

EC-100 Super Glue Ethyl Medium
Viscosity Type l
Instant Super-Glue is a
medium-to-low viscosity cyanoacrylate that is used for a
variety of bonding applications, but is ideally suited
for bonding plastics and rubber to themselves or various
combinations. APPLICATIONS General purpose bonding of
plastics, name plates to equipment (plastic), thread
termination on book bindings. Recommended for use on
small gaps or relatively smooth, even surfaces.

EC-GEL Super Glue Thixotropic
for gap filling
Instant Super-Glue is a
thixotropic gel-like super-glue. It is a non-drip
formulation and will not run on vertical surfaces. Where
vertical surfaces and/or large gaps are being bonded,

MC-100 Super Glue Methyl Type

Methyl Cyanoacrylate is an
instant-curing super glue of low to medium viscosity. It
is most suitable for bonding metal parts to themselves
and other substrates. The medium viscosity makes MC-100
a very versatile, multipurpose compound. Applications
include bonding metal name plates, instructions or
warnings to machinery, bonding rubber seals or weather
stripping to metal, and instantly locking metallic set

products shall be free from defects in Jet-Lube (UK) Limited
materials and Workmanship. This limited Express Warranty is
expressly in lieu of any other express or implied warranties,
including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness
for a particular purpose, and of any other obligation on the
part of Jet-Lube (UK) Limited. The sole remedy for breach of
the Limited Express Warranty shall be the refund of the purchase
price. All other liability is negated and disclaimed, and Jet-Lube
(UK) Limited shall not be liable for incidental or consequential
